CASA MADERA is our most recent creation and was created from the investment project stage, we offer strategically selected lots to invest in the scale your budget is, and then we are  seeking to maximize spaces through strategies that allowed us maximizethe space of profitable area through architectural solutions that allow spaces to be resolved more creatively and efficiently and at the same time achieving a greater level of detail within the proposal. For this project our goal was to solve a niche needed in the market, which is, departments of larger dimensions than those offered by the competition.  
Differentiating ourselves from the common offer in Tulum, by creating luxury spaces with a jungle feel inside the apartments, and without compromising your privacy. The interesting thing about the project, in addition to its glorious views, is the natural light, cross ventilation and great location.  
It has 2 commercial premises on the ground floor. And, by having a double front, it is possible to obtain two facades that integrate the pedestrian and integrate into its context in spite of only having 10 m  front.

APARTMENT & STUDIOS BUILDING IN ALDEA ZAMA - TULUM , QUINTANA ROO

For a successful apartment project, it is key to listen to what the market is looking for and balance it with what is allowed to be built on that site, both legally and orographically.  

For this project we contemplate a typology of 1 bedroom apartments drom 60 to 120 m2 with private pool and kitchenette, as well as two-bedroom apartments with lock off and Jacuzzi on the balcony from 70 to 98 m2. It has a rooftop with a pool, semi-private stations with grills and coolers, a gym, showers and outdoor Jacuzzis.  

The intention is to maximize profitability and offer accessible pre-sale prices based on our market study and real state comparison.  
The most interesting thing is that in a successful project today in Tulum, you can partially or totally finance the construction of this project with a good sales strategy.

MODERN VILLA IN THE CITY - MONTERREY , NUEVO LEÓN

Villa located in a gated community. 
The design of the house offers private and open interior spaces which allows free flow wind paths to ventilate efficiently and reduce heating rates. It has a rainwater collection system that is reused in the irrigation of green walls and planters. Also, it has a system of solar panels to provide electricity to the house in its entirety and the ground floor is adapted for people with motor/ physical disabilities.  
In this project the concept was sustainability and accessibility. ´´The windows are murals that we architects paint for the viewer´´.

COUNTRY HOUSE FOR RENT - MONTEMORELOS , NUEVO LEÓN

This country house has a minimalist style and was designed to operate remotely through a smart home system, allowing the investor to rent and manage it via remote. Maintenance is low and irrigation is automated.
